Brett Sherman is the Broker and driving force behind Signature Realty, bringing over 13 years of real estate experience to the commercial sector. Known for his strategic approach,
expert negotiation skills, and deep market knowledge, Brett specializes in off-market industrial, multifamily, office, and retail deals across Miami-Dade and Broward County.
Beyond commercial real estate, Brett is a real estate investor and house flipper, always seeking undervalued opportunities in the market. He also owns a boat rental business, further fueling his passion for boating, travel, and adventure. When he’s not closing deals, you’ll find
him staying active, snowboarding in the winter, taking his boat out in the summer, and traveling the world—having explored over 50 countries.

Mo Lome
Sales Associate & CRE Strategist

Mo Lome is the newest addition to Signature Realty, bringing a strong background in property wholesaling and investment deal structuring. Originally from Chicago, Mo spent several years in Israel, gaining international real estate experience before transitioning to commercial real estate in South Florida.
Mo has a keen eye for finding profitable investment opportunities, working closely with industrial, multifamily, and retail investors to help them expand their portfolios. Though now focused on commercial real estate, he continues to assist residential investors as well.
Outside of real estate, Mo is an adrenaline enthusiast who enjoys riding motorcycles and exploring new places. His passion for real estate is matched only by his drive to deliver exceptional service and high-value deals to his clients.
