As the Office Manager at Signature Realty, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial real estate office, providing administrative, operational, and client support. Your role is vital in creating a productive environment for our agents, clients, and leadership team.

Maintain a well-organized office, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and manage supplies

Handle scheduling, document processing, and CRM updates for the brokerage.

Assist agents with contract documentation, compliance, and deal tracking.
Help organize real estate networking events, property tours, and client meetings.
Maintain CRM systems, phone lines, software tools, and office technology.
