earnings. Our structure includes:

  • Performance-based incentives for top producers.
  • No desk fees, no hidden charges—just a transparent earning model. 
Most of our roles in brokerage & leasing are commission-based, allowing for unlimited earning potential. However, we do offer salaried positions in administrative, research, and marketing roles

No hidden fees. We provide everything you need to succeed without excessive costs. However, agents are responsible for their real estate license fees, board dues, and marketing expenses (if applicable).
