Morning Market Review & Lead Generation

  • Check new property listings & market trends.
  • Make outreach calls to business owners & investors.
  • Send follow-up emails & proposals.

Property Showings & Client Meetings

  • Meet with buyers, tenants, or investors to tour available properties
  • Discuss investment potential, lease terms, or purchase options.

Deal Structuring & Negotiations

  • Prepare LOIs, contracts, and leasing proposals.
