Morning Market Review & Lead Generation
- Check new property listings & market trends.
- Make outreach calls to business owners & investors.

Property Showings & Client Meetings
- Meet with buyers, tenants, or investors to tour available properties
- Discuss investment potential, lease terms, or purchase options.

Deal Structuring & Negotiations
- Prepare LOIs, contracts, and leasing proposals.
- Negotiate terms with sellers, landlords, and buyers.

Networking & Business Development
- Attend CRE networking events, industry webinars, or client dinners.
- Strategize with team members on upcoming deals & opportunities.
What Does a Client Outreach Specialist Do?

be at the forefront of this process—using cold calling, direct outreach, and relationship-building to uncover new investment opportunities, landlords seeking representation, and businesses needing commercial space.
Key Responsibilities

Cold Call & Prospect Commercial Property Owners
Identify landlords & investors who are ready to sell or lease their properties. -
Find Off-Market Deals
Use research tools, data platforms, and networking to source industrial, multifamily, office, retail, and hotel opportunities. -
Generate Tenant & Buyer Leads
Reach out to business owners & investors looking for commercial space -
Track & Maintain CRM Data
Log all conversations, property details, and deal statuses in the CRM system. -
Schedule Appointments for Brokers
Set up meetings between property owners, investors, and Signature Realty’s brokerage team. -
Follow Up & Build Relationships
Develop long-term connections with property owners, ensuring that when they’re ready to sell or lease, they call Signature Realty first.
